1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Jeli ("Jeli", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Jeli platform at jeli.live, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Jeli, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players who use Jeli, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a web browser on a mobile device, a desktop computer, or the Jeli app. If you are accessing Jeli on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

Jeli reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Jeli after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and play at Jeli, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jeli does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing Jeli from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of Jeli or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from Jeli for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Jeli may request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the eligibility requirements, Jeli reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at Jeli. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If Jeli detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering at Jeli, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jeli account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Jeli will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Jeli support immediately.

Jeli reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during your use of the platform. You agree to cooperate fully with any such checks and to provide any documentation requested within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits

Jeli accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Jeli does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have originated from an account that does not belong to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended.

Deposits at Jeli are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact Jeli support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Minimum deposit amount: as displayed on the Jeli deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• Jeli does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you make a mistake.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Jeli account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Jeli processes withdrawal requests quickly — most are completed within minutes of submission during normal operating hours.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Jeli may require you to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process for most players. Once your identity has been verified, future withdrawals are typically processed without additional checks unless Jeli has reason to conduct further review.

• Withdrawals are only available for funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Jeli reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Jeli withdrawal page.
• Jeli does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply charges on their end.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jeli offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all Jeli bonuses:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotion details.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified in each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless Jeli explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Jeli reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.

7 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available at Jeli use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game reflect the actual long-term payout percentages as verified by independent testing. Jeli does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Players are expected to engage with Jeli games in good faith. The following actions are considered violations of fair play at Jeli and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or interact with the Jeli platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players in games where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms or circumvent wagering requirements.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour on the Jeli platform.

In the event of a technical failure during a game, Jeli will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, bets placed during that round will be returned to the player's account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the fair play rules outlined above, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jeli platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any other point.
• Using the Jeli platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to access another player's Jeli account without their permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jeli staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Jeli platform or its underlying software.
• Using a VPN or other tool to disguise your location in order to access Jeli from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

Jeli monitors the platform continuously for prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, Jeli reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Jeli reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Jeli has reason to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, Jeli will notify you via your registered contact details. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play. Jeli will complete its investigation as quickly as reasonably possible.

If an investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, Jeli may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any funds held during the suspension will be returned.

Players may also request to close their own Jeli account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeli's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jeli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Jeli is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Technical failures, internet outages, or device issues outside of Jeli's control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

13 Changes to These Terms

Jeli reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jeli will notify players via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using Jeli and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the Jeli platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
